About The Harlem Aesthetic

This mission titled The Harlem Aesthetic is the brain child of 3 Harlem Artists: Laura R. Gadson - quilt, fiber and mixed media artist of the Gadson Gallery, Donna Emanuel - jewelry designer and fiber artist of Shimoda Accessories, and Patricia Weary, fashion designer of Pahti NY. The vision is to connect talented artists like themselves  and their creations with the fabulous people who collect and enjoy hand made beauty. Though Pahti graduated to the next world in 2011, Laura and Shimoda continue the vision with their intimate events and Internet presence.
